HE IS RISEN

My beloved in Christ,

I would like to share with you and invite you into my Easter world; a season that is now upon us. You see, every year, when Easter is celebrated, my mind meditates on the thought of this incredible love that God showed to me when He turned His back and allowed His Son, Christ Jesus, to pour out his blood upon the Cross for the forgiveness of my sins.

My spirit ruminates about how death was defeated, the grave conquered, and the empty tomb, is now celebrated. My heart fills up with hope as I think about God’s promise of eternal life; a promise that even if I should fall, He, God, will lend me a hand to help me stand up again. My soul confirms within me that I should never lose hope, no matter how dark the road may seem, for there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. My spirit reminds me that God is faithful; that I am His and He is mine.

Needless therefore to say that Easter always moves me to gratitude; to thank God for His unfailing grace and provision, for His mercy and forgiveness, for His guidance and protection, and for His friendship and everlasting love. This is my Easter world. I invite you into it, as we take God at His word.

Wishing all of you and your loved ones the wonderful blessings of Easter!
